I can never imagine how much guitar picks I have bought for the past few months... Like maybe almost a hundred... And every time I buy, somehow they happen to magically disappear in 3 days. If I'm lucky, a week. I mean, come on, My room isn't that really big and I never took them out of my room EVER. Maybe we can say they are misplaced. But if they were misplaced somewhere here, surely I would be able to find them when cleaning. But not even one. Seriously. Then this morning, I bought like 5 because I was all out. And took a long nap in the afternoon, then when I was in the mood to play I tried looking for them which I kept just beside my bed. Lo and behold! They were gone!

I wouldn't say someone is playing a trick on me, cause I don't really live with any kind of person who would do that. lol. Since it's just me and my grandmother at the moment. And nobody has ever been in my room. And I ask my grandmother a few times, and she doesn't know anything...

I'm starting to believe there is a guitar pick fairy... mellow.gif

The main problem is that you haven't a single, specific place where you place your picks when they are not in use. That method works best for me. I'd suggest that you find a cute little box, or bottle, whatever, that you designate to be the picks new 'home'. lol If you only ever place your picks in their designated home then you will know for sure if someone (or something *cough*pick*fairy*cough*) is ripping you off when your back is turned. This is what I've found this works for me 100% of the time when I'm trying to get myself organized.

P.S. Perhaps grandma is in a garage band when you are at school? wink.gif Go grandma, go grandma!

Just another thought.....if you have a pet, they sometimes gather up small stuff like that and eat it. If that could be the case then it is very important that you leave your picks in a place that is safely out of reach. My friend's dog had to be put down after he ate a small glove that had a velcro closer on it and it stuck to his insides. Very nasty. He had already survived surgery for eating some small plastic bits, but the velcro was more than could be helped.

All the more reason to make sure that you put the picks in a container with a lid and out of the way of a curious pooch. I hope that she hasn't been snacking on them, they will hurt on the way out. wink.gif
